High-Deductible Health Care Plans For Employers

Interesting article in the Washington Post discussing that some employers are looking at high deductible health insurance plans to save money on their premiums. This is based on some of the previous laws that have been passed that have caused employers to seek out ways to lower premiums. It makes some sense if a portion of the savings are passed on to the employees - in other words - if an employee doesn't need certain coverage it would make sense to have that employee with a high deductible but also have that employee share in the savings to the employer.
